All the different colored areas of the map below are the counties of North Carolina. Moving your pointer over the map will make numbers appear in the colored areas. Each county is numbered, 1 - 100. Clicking on a county will take you to a numbered list of counties which will tell you which number goes with which county.

For example, the pinkish red county on your far left is number 20. If you go to the chart below the map, you will see that the number 20 is beside the word "Cherokee". That's Cherokee County!
